Update on Tri-West Investment Club Case

The folks at Claims Administration informed us on August 17, 2011 that their second proposed distribution plan has been filed with the Department of Justice. They hope to have DoJ’s approval for distribution of the second round of checks within the next four weeks. If this estimate holds, we may have the checks in hand by the end of September.

As always, if you move please email my office at office@smithzimmerman.com to report your new address. Also, if the victim-claimant passes away, please send copies of the death certificate and administrator's appointment papers to our office so that we may direct payment to the decedent's estate.
